About
Zlata Sergeeva is a Senior Associate in the Oil and Gas Program at KAPSARC. For three years, she has been leading the project “The Future of Hydrocarbons in a Carbon-Managed World,” which explored the implications of international carbon regulation for hydrocarbon markets. Previously, she worked at the Energy Center of the Skolkovo Business School, researching natural gas and LNG markets and managing the international Energy Summer School. At NOVATEK, Russia’s leading independent gas producer, she focused on strategic forecasting and international cooperation in LNG, hydrogen, and CCUS. She was also a member of the Future Energy Leaders Program of the World Energy Council.
