Marzio Galeotti is a Professor of Environmental and Energy Economics at the University of Milan and a Visiting Researcher in the Energy Macro and Microeconomics Team at KAPSARC. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from New York University and specializes in energy modeling, climate change economics, and green growth. Founder and First President of the Italian Association of Environmental and Resource Economists, he has contributed to IPCC assessments and advised on renewable energy and market reforms. His extensive publications and policy engagement focus on growth and environmental climate change and sustainable energy transitions.
