Othman Alsaleh is an Executive Director in the Consulting Services Department at KAPSARC, overseeing multiple advisory engagements with key stakeholders. He brings extensive experience across the public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on energy and ICT technologies. Previously, he was a Senior Business Development Manager at Taqnia Energy, where he played a key role in securing several mega-project deals. He also represented Saudi Arabia at official meetings as a Senior Strategy Specialist at King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy. Othman holds a master’s degree in engineering management and leadership with a minor in sustainable energy from Santa Clara University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from King Saud University and law from Imam Mohammed bin Saud University.
