Mohammed Alghaihab is a Senior Manager in the Consulting Services team at KAPSARC, with interdisciplinary experience and academic backgrounds in both engineering and public policy. While seconded from Aramco to the Office of the Minister of Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources, he worked on launching the National Renewable Energy Program and contributed to the development of Saudi Arabia’s first utility-scale renewable energy projects. At Aramco, he served as a Government Affairs Advisor, conducting regulatory research and public policy analysis. Prior to that, he worked as a power systems engineer at Aramco’s facilities in Abqaiq. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, San Diego, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
