About
Heyran Aliyeva is a Fellow in the Energy Macro and Microeconomics Team at KAPSARC, contributing to the KAPSARC Global Energy Macroeconometric Model project. With 20 years of experience in economic modeling and forecasting, she previously worked as a Senior Economist at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, providing evidence-based analysis for fiscal and monetary policy. She has also served as a lecturer at various universities and holds a Ph.D. in econometrics. Her research interests include macroeconomic modeling, energy economics, environmental economics, and the application of fuzzy logic in policy analysis.
