About

Frank Felder is a Visiting Researcher in the Utilities and Renewables Program at KAPSARC and an experienced energy policy analyst. With a background in engineering and economics, he has served as a research professor at Rutgers University and as director of the Rutgers Energy Institute. He specializes in electric power system modeling, clean energy policies, and climate change. Frank has worked with academic foundations, government agencies, and utilities, contributing to policy analysis and energy transition strategies. His expertise bridges technical and policy dimensions to advance sustainable energy solutions.
