Daily MoroccoMorocco leads Arab countries with capacity to generate electricity from renewable energy systems, followed by Egypt and Jordan, reveals economic study by King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC), a non-profit institution for independent research on the global energy economy.According to this study, the renewable energy sector represents 1% of total employment in Morocco, Egypt and Jordan, noting that the International Energy Agency (IEA) has indicated that these three countries will be able to provide 60,000 local jobs in the renewable energy sector by 2025, as the renewable energy markets are still growing.
