Jorge Blazquez has joined the KAPSARC research team. Jorge will analyze energy vulnerability and why some countries are more resilient or vulnerable to energy shocks. Jorge is an economist with wide experience in the private and public sectors, such as the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism and the Prime Minister’s Economic Bureau. He holds a doctorate in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.​
