The Graduate Development Program is a 12-month program that provides recent graduates with the opportunity to gain experience in different program tracks. The program is designed to help graduates develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a variety of roles.

As the program content and learning materials are delivered in English, applicants are required to submit an English language proficiency certificate. Applicants who graduated from one of the latest QS Top 50 universities are not required to submit an English language proficiency certificate.

You should submit an official letter from your university confirming your GPA or academic standing.

You may apply if you are in your final academic semester/term, provided that all degree requirements will be completed before the program start date. This includes graduation projects, internships, and other academic requirements leading to graduation.
