The Graduate Development Program is a 12-month program that provides recent graduates with the opportunity to gain experience in different program tracks. The program is designed to help graduates develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a variety of roles.
KAPSARC has two GDP tracks which are:

By joining the Consulting Track, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working on timely and relevant projects in the energy sector, while developing essential career skills such as problem-solving, data analysis, communication, and teamwork.
